Stop your belly aching

If you suffer from stomach upsets, you know what a nightmare it can be. This is what Suzanne Ducket, journalist and writer wrote in the Mirror Mag in Dec 2001. Her anti candida diet replaced Bread with various wheat free items and ABO Rye & Spelt bread, cheese with soya cheese, stock cubes with yeast-free stock cubes, salad dressings with lemon juice etc.

 


 

WHICH wheat-free bread tastes the best?

Artisan Bread - most like real wholemeal bread

The Stamp Collection - Beautifully packaged and well toasted - bit too crumbly

Glutafin Multigrain - Soft and areated with a ling shelf life but full of additives with an artificial taste

Antoinette Savill - It tastes like bland cake but its softness makes it the best choice for sandwiches.
