This assortment is made up of a freezer tub filled with a sliced assortment (ready for home freezing)  and a range of our naturally gluten-free breads. We recommend to freeze bread for no more than 2 month for maximum flavour. Please be aware that the bread in the freezer tub has been sliced on our slicing machine where we also slice other bread. We cannot guarantee this to be free from gluten.

Freezer box ingredients in varying quantities: Freshly ground (on our gluten-free mill) demeter wholegrain rice, organic quinoa, organic buckwheat, freshly milled linseed, revitalised filtered water, natural leaven (gluten-free), organic millet, sea salt, organic caraway seeds, Hildegard herbs.
Contains: Naturally gluten free. May contain: Sesame seeds, gluten.

The box also contains:

1 x organic Buckwheat bread 400g

1 x organic Linseed bread 400g

2 x biodynamic Rice bread 400g

1 x organic Quinoa bread 400g

 Everything is baked freshly and we may substitute the odd loaf, always in your favour!
