A finely pored, pure unadalturated rye bread, milder than a sourdough bread. Made with freshly milled grain and revitalised filtered water. Ripened for 15 hour before we bake it in a stone oven. It's that real flavour that foodies love so much about our rye bread. Traditionally rye bread is sliced thinly. Best enjoyed after it has matured for a day.
Ingredients: Freshly stoneground organic wholegrain rye flour from our own in-house mill, revitalised filtered water, sea salt, natural leaven. Contains: rye, gluten. May contain: sesame seeds.
