We don't use any artificial enzymes or potato flour or egg. or any gums. We just mill the finest biodynamic whole grain rice freshly to prevent oxidation and bitterness and add a hint of exotic 'Hildegard' herbs for a clean and sweet tasting natural rice bread. Ingredients: Freshly milled (on our own in-house gluten free mill) demeter wholegrain rice flour, demeter whole rice, revitalised filtered water, natural leaven (gluten free), sea salt, Hildegard herbs: pellitory root powder, wild thyme, galangal root powder. Topping: organic millet.
Contains: Naturally gluten-free.
May contain: Sesame seeds, gluten.
